Shipping Policy

You are responsible for paying all shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are receiving a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return times for exchanged products may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Bitchy Box can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns
The Bitchy Box return policy is only good for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including perishable items such as food or health and personal care items.

Certain situations that may warrant only a partial refund may be granted (if applicable) and include returned products not in the original packaging, items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, damaged items or items with missing parts, or for reasons not due to Bitchy Box error.

Refunds
Once your returned item(s) are received and have been inspected by Bitchy Box, you will receive an email stating that we received the items along with written approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund is processed and a credit is automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at bloatedandfussy@gmail.com.Exchanges Bitchy Box only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, email us at bloatedandfussy@gmail.com and send your item to: 1861 Charrington Drive West Bloomfield MI US 48324. Please be aware, if the item is no longer in stock, we will find another comparable item that both parties agree upon.

Gifts
If you received a Bitchy Box as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
